Alangkaar Group in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales and Enquiries Coordinator who will be the first point of contact across four brands, turning inquiries into bookings and supporting events from concept to execution.

The role covers inbound and outbound outreach, CRM management, venue visits, and weekend events support, with on-site work at Woodlands and City Studio, plus occasional venues.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, weddings or events, hospitality or telesales.
• Confident on the phone and in writing, with clear and professional business English.
• Comfortable handling both inbound enquiries and outbound calls.

Responsabilités

• Respond to enquiries promptly during working hours.
• Understand each customer's event type, date, venue, guest count and budget.
• Present our packages and quotations; refer custom requests to management.
• Follow up on every quotation on a regular schedule.
• Make outbound calls and send messages to warm leads, past clients, corporate accounts and venues.
• Arrange and attend consultations and venue visits with clients.
• Keep every lead and its stage up to date in our CRM.
• Support confirmed events with run sheets, supplier confirmations, payment tracking and guest-count or menu changes.
• Attend events on weekends as needed.
• Send a short daily update and a weekly report on enquiries, quotations and bookings.
