Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS (SERVICES) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled business development professional to expand partnerships across the crypto ecosystem in Singapore. The role focuses on promoting the platform as the infrastructure of choice for Web 3.0 and coordinating with web3 companies, developers, and investors.

You will build a diverse partner network, lead growth initiatives, and represent the company at industry events. The position requires autonomous work style and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Professional working experience in the crypto sectors across business development, partnerships and sales.
• Experience in pipelining, prioritisation, negotiations and contract drafting.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mentality and ability to work autonomously under high pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with the ecosystem, including but not limited to web 3.0 companies, developer community, VCs, etc. to promote as the infrastructure of choice for the Web 3.0 ecosystem
• Build and expand a pipeline of both crypto and non-crypto partners across all verticals (e.g DeFi, GameFi, SocialFi, NFTs, farming, etc.)
• Design and execute marketing and growth strategies for projects and partners to accelerate user growth
• Lead speaking engagements and content development for industry events
