Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new business acquisition and strategic growth of the Wealth Planning Solutions platform across HNW and UHNW segments
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that position the firm’s trust and wealth planning capabilities in alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to architect tailored wealth planning solutions addressing complex client needs across trust structures, tax optimization, and legacy planning
  • Serve as primary relationship owner for clients, conducting regular portfolio reviews and evolving strategies to meet changing wealth preservation goals
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitor positioning to identify growth opportunities and enhance service delivery
  • Drive compliance excellence and proactive risk management across all wealth planning activities and client relationships
Your Profile
  • Degree in Law, Accounting, Tax, Business, or Finance from an accredited university; advanced qualifications advantageous
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in wealth management with demonstrated expertise in trust structures, fiduciary solutions, and cross‑border wealth planning
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition within Singapore’s HNW/UHNW segments
  • Deep technical knowledge of wealth planning strategies, trust and insurance referral concepts, and regulatory frameworks in Singapore
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex financial structures into clear, client‑focused advisory solutions
  • Results‑oriented mindset with ability to thrive in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • Strong relationship‑building capabilities and credibility with sophisticated client base
