• Serve as primary interface for front office queries, escalations, and custom reporting requests.
• Lead governance, risk controls, and process optimization across shared services.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and documentation for system implementations and process changes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery of client reporting outputs.
