Job summary

Nomura's International Wealth Management division in Singapore is seeking a Client Services Manager (Associate) to deliver superior service to high-net-worth clients across global markets. You will apply deep knowledge of wealth management products and build lasting client relationships.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous multi-tasking and a client-centric approach, with at least five years in client services or relationship management within wealth management or private banking.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client services or relationship management within wealth management or private banking.
• Possess Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) papers 1 and 2.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with investment products, financial planning, and wealth management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Organised team player with good understanding of financial products and services

Responsibilities

• Provide client service support and maintain client relationships for Relationship Managers
• Respond to inquiries on account documentation, activity, statements, transfers
• Liaise with clients, business supports and service providers to ensure timely processing
• Assist in client on/off boarding and account reviews
• Ensure operations comply with bank policy and regulatory requirements
• Receive, execute and report orders for equities, FX, structured and fixed-income products
• Provide secretarial and administrative support
• Handle logistics for business trips and meetings
• Perform other duties as delegated by supervisor
