Job summary

Nomura Singapore Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Associate in Wealth Management operations. You will serve as the primary interface for front office queries, deliver bespoke reporting & analytics, and lead cross-functional change across a shared services scope.

You will coordinate with Product, Legal, IT and Compliance, executing governance, UAT, training, and process improvements, while supporting outsourcing initiatives in India and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of wealth management, investment operations, or related financial services experience, with deep expertise spanning multiple product categories and operational domains.
• Demonstrated working experience on product mechanics, operational regulatory treatment, operational workflows, and risk characteristics of at least 2 product types:
• Non-OTC Products: Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs, Mutual Funds and Pooled Vehicles, FX spot and forwards.
• OTC Products: Commodities, Derivatives, Structured Products.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management & Front Office Support: primary interface for front office queries, escalations, and custom reporting requests.
• Bespoke Solutions & Innovation: design custom reporting and analytics for high-value clients and strategic initiatives.
• Change Management & System Enhancement: lead cross-functional initiatives; coordinate UAT, process documentation, and training.
• Operational Excellence, Governance & Control: implement governance and control frameworks; monitor KPIs and improve efficiency.
