Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Banking Operations.
• Experience in regulatory reporting or change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Regulatory Reporting Operations in project migration activities by assisting with requirements documentation, UAT execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Execute test scripts and perform basic reconciliations to verify reporting data accuracy.
• Log, track, and follow up on test defects and data discrepancies with Tech teams.
• Draft status updates, maintain action logs, and prepare briefing packs for impacted teams.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and cutover checklists for BAU handover.
