Nomura Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced NAM SG Compliance professional to join the NAM SG Compliance team in Singapore. The role focuses on asset management compliance within Singapore and collaborates across NAM locations, local regulators, and Tokyo head office to maintain robust controls.

The candidate will manage regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, and provide daily advisory to business lines while supporting growth and governance initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a focus on asset management.
• Strong understanding of asset management products and services.
• Experience dealing with regulators, MAS, and Singapore regulatory framework.

Responsabilidades

• Join a NAM SG Compliance team of five; collaborate with NAM Compliance teams across locations.
• Monitor and implement compliance standards, policies, and controls for NAM SG.
• Provide daily advisory on regulatory requirements; review marketing materials and cross-border matters.
• Contribute to governance committees and regulatory reporting; liaise with internal legal and external lawyers.
