Job summary

Nomura Singapore Limited, a leading financial services group, is seeking a Client Services Manager within International Wealth Management. You will deliver premier service to high-net-worth clients, manage client relationships, and support Relationship Managers across global markets.

The role requires a degree in Finance or Business and at least five years in client services or relationship management in wealth management or private banking, with familiarity with NRI markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Business.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in client services or relationship management within wealth management or private banking covering the NRI market.
• Possess CACS papers 1 and 2.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with investment products, financial planning, and wealth management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Meticulous and ability to multi-task.
• Organised team player with good understanding of financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service support and assist Relationship Managers with client onboarding, documentation, and account maintenance.
• Respond to client inquiries on account activity, statements, and product information.
• Liaise with Clients, Business Supports and Service Providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery.
• Assist in client on/off boarding pre-checks/processes and all account reviews.
• Ensure operational processes comply with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Receive, execute and report orders for equities, FX, structured and fixed-income products in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support.
• Handle logistics for business trips and meetings.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
