Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join Wealth Management's Application Services team. You will analyze queries, manage incidents, and support daily business processes while coordinating with Risk, Regulatory & Finance teams.

You will also help with release planning, testing, and user training, ensuring stability and continuous service improvement across channels.

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience in Credit Risk, Regulation, & Finance applications.
Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Microsoft .Net, SAS technologies.
Database expertise: SQLServer/Oracle/PostgreSQL.
Experience in Production Support for financial services.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience in Application support and user query management (L1/L2). L3 development skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide support to front or back-office operations.
Understand end-to-end bank processes and collaborate with Risk/Regulatory/Finance.
Resolve production incidents and support development changes.
Collaborate with IT units to reduce incidents and rollbacks.
Provide on-call/on-site support and after-hours coverage.
Assist in release management and testing of fixes.
Prepare training materials and cross-train team members.
