Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for the Retail Wealth Management technology team. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting implementations for wealth products and services.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, project coordination, testing, and continuous improvement with an emphasis on MAS compliance and API integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Wealth Management products (mutual funds, structured products, equities, insurance, advisory services).
• Familiarity with core banking systems, wealth platforms and integration technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Proficient in requirements gathering techniques, process mapping and use case development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Agile/Scrum methodologies; MAS regulatory requirements; API integration.
• 100% work in office at Punggol Digital District.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate requirements for wealth management systems.
• Design solutions with architects and developers to meet business and regulatory needs.
• Support integration, data migration and interface design between wealth platforms and core banking systems.
• Assist in project planning, scoping and timeline estimation; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and stay updated on industry trends.
