Job summary

EY Singapore is seeking a skilled Testing professional to join our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on wealth and asset management platforms. You will design and implement automated and manual testing strategies, coordinate across BlackRock solutions, client IT and finance teams, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with regulatory expectations.

You'll mentor the testing team, drive adoption of best testing practices, and contribute to multi-disciplinary projects using SDLC

Qualifications

• Experience testing and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of wealth and capital markets testing domains.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps and SDLC.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust testing strategies and processes.
• Plan, estimate, and schedule testing activities.
• Execute functional, integration, system, and regression tests.
• Review designs and create test plans and cases.
• Implement and manage quality standards to meet client/auditor needs.
• Identify and mitigate software quality risks across SDLC.
• Coordinate with BlackRock solutions, client IT and finance teams.
• Maintain detailed test result records for stakeholders and auditors.
• Mentor, coach and train the testing team.
• Research and implement best testing practices and tools.
