Job summary

EY seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide testing for banking transformation programmes. You will own test strategy, governance, plans and execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating business, operations, technology and vendors to ensure quality and operational readiness.

The role requires 10+ years in banking tech delivery with 5+ years leading testing, experience across SIT, E2E, UAT, data migration, and strong governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking technology delivery with testing leadership.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale banking transformation testing.
• Strong governance, traceability and risk management experience.
• Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2/ISTQB considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programme-wide test strategy and governance.
• Lead SIT, End-to-End, UAT, data migration and performance tests.
• Coordinate across business, operations, technology and vendors.
• Monitor risks, issues and readiness; provide clear status updates.
• Oversee data migration validation and reconciliation testing.
• Support cutover rehearsals and production readiness activities.
• Deliver quality gates and governance to the programme.
