Qualifications

Experience in testing and automation testing frameworks and SDLC methodologies.
Knowledge of wealth and asset management across asset types.
Experience with investment platforms such as BlackRock Aladdin and eFront.
Ability to manage medium to large-scale testing projects in wealth/capital markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust testing strategies and processes.
Participate in planning, estimation, and scheduling for testing activities.
Execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing using manual and automation methods.
Review designs and create comprehensive test plans and cases.
Ensure quality control standards meet client and auditor requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks to software quality across SDLC.
Coordinate with BlackRock solutions, client IT/finance teams, and vendors.
Maintain detailed test results and report to stakeholders and auditors.
Manage resources to ensure on-time delivery; mentor testing team.
Research and implement best testing practices, tools, and methods.
