Quess Selection & Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Lead/Principal Test Development Engineer to drive quality engineering, test automation, platform reliability and performance validation for FinTech platforms.

You will lead testing strategy, mentor QE and automation engineers, and collaborate with Software, Product, Data, DevOps and Security teams across China and Singapore to ensure scalable, secure, and high-transaction systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
5–10 years in software testing/quality engineering/test development.
Experience working onsite in China and Singapore with multinational teams.
Experience in FinTech, E-commerce, Digital Payments, Banking Tech, or SaaS platforms.
Experience testing payment gateways, digital wallets, or trading platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall test strategy for enterprise FinTech products and services.
Lead automation initiatives and establish CI/CD quality gates.
Mentor Quality Engineering and Automation Engineers across teams.
Validate security, compliance, and regulatory requirements across platforms.
Improve production stability via proactive testing and monitoring.
Collaborate with engineering, product, data, DevOps, and security stakeholders across locations.
