Job summary

HORIBA INSTRUMENTS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Product Executive who will become an expert in water quality instruments and their applications. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (Chemistry or Environmental Science preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of laboratory testing experience (electrochemistry preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of water quality instruments and their applications.
• Provide technical support to distributors and internal teams.
• Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting of products.
• Process warranty claims, issue RGA numbers, and monitor warranty shipments.
• Collaborate with graphics designer for application notes, tips, videos, flyers, manuals, posters, and brochures.
• Work with sales and marketing to provide product expertise.
• Visit distributors and customers for training, seminars, and workshops.
• Assist in developing product documentation such as manuals and training materials.
• Plan and arrange webinars, seminars, and product launches.
• Prepare and release newsletters.
• Stay updated with industry trends by attending exhibitions.
