Job summary

JDA WMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified technician to provide product expertise in water quality instruments, support internal teams and distributors, and assist with product marketing, training, and documentation.

The role includes hands-on testing, warranty processing, content creation with marketing teams, and coordinating distributor workshops and webinars. Travel to distributors and client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably Chemistry or Environmental Science.
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory testing experience, preferably with electrochemistry products (meters and electrodes).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and learn.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Testing: Provide technical assistance to distributors and internal teams, and conduct hands-on product testing and troubleshooting.
• Warranty & Claims: Process warranty claims, issue Return Goods Authorization (RGA) numbers, and track replacement shipments.
• Content & Marketing Collaboration: Work with graphic designers and sales/marketing teams to produce application notes, manuals, tech tips, videos, flyers, and newsletters.
• Training & Event Planning: Visit distributors and clients to conduct workshops, seminars, and training, while organizing webinars, product launches, and distributor events.
• Industry Engagement: Attend exhibitions to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
