Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field as required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water quality analysers, analytical instruments, or related environmental technologies.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within water & wastewater or process industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of online and laboratory water quality analysers (e.g. pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).
• Experience managing sales teams and major accounts is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong customer focus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets for water quality analysers.
• Manage and grow key accounts including water infrastructure/utilities, semiconductor facility, industrial users and engineering company.
• Identify new market opportunities, projects, and tender prospects in water and wastewater applications.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
• Work closely with technical, service, and marketing teams to provide integrated customer solutions.
• Prepare and present technical-commercial quotation/proposals, tenders, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers' needs to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and regular management reports.
