Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead and grow the water quality instrumentation business. You will drive sales of advanced water quality analyzers across municipal, industrial, and government sectors through strategic business development, key account management, and distributor strategy.

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage high-value accounts, lead a sales team, and prepare technical-commercial proposals and tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in water quality analyzers, analytical instruments, or related environmental technologies.
• Strong technical expertise in online and laboratory water quality analyzers (e.g., pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and managing major B2B accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills; willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for water quality analyzers.
• Account & Channel Management: Manage and expand high-value accounts, including water utilities, semiconductor plants, industrial facilities, and engineering firms.
• Technical Solutioning & Presentations: Prepare technical-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and conduct product demonstrations.
• Leadership & Operations: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
