• Strong technical background in online and laboratory water quality analysers (e.g., pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).
• Experience leading sales teams and managing key accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for driving business growth and leading sales operations for water quality analytical instrumentation across municipal, industrial, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to hit revenue targets for water quality analysers.
• Key Account & Distributor Management: Manage and expand key accounts, including water utilities, semiconductor facilities, industrial clients, and engineering companies.
• Business Development: Identify new market projects, tenders, and prospects in water/wastewater applications.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team while coordinating with technical, service, and marketing groups to deliver integrated solutions.
• Proposals & Demos: Prepare technical-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and product demonstrations.
• Market Intelligence & CRM: Track industry trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback while maintaining sales forecasts and CRM records.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in water quality analysers, analytical instruments, or environmental technologies.
• Strong technical background in online and laboratory water quality analysers (e.g., pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).
• Experience managing key accounts and leading sales teams is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required
