Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced sales leader to grow revenue for water quality analysers in Singapore. You will drive strategies, manage major accounts, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.

The role requires a proven B2B sales track record in water technologies, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel for strategic opportunities. A university degree in a related field is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water analysers or related tech.
Proven B2B sales track record in water/wastewater or process industries.
Strong technical knowledge of online and laboratory water quality analysers (pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).
Experience managing sales teams and major accounts is desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and expand key accounts including water infrastructure/utilities, semiconductor facilities, industrial users, and engineering companies.
Identify new market opportunities, projects and tender prospects within water and wastewater applications.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Collaborate with technical, service, and marketing teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Prepare and present technical-commercial quotations, proposals, tenders, and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and management reports.
