Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in water quality analysers or environmental technologies.
• Strong technical background in online and laboratory water quality analysers (e.g., pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).
• Experience leading sales teams and managing key accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to hit revenue targets for water quality analysers.
• Manage and expand key accounts and distributors including water utilities and industrial clients.
• Identify new market projects, tenders, and prospects in water/wastewater applications.
• Lead the sales team and coordinate with technical, service, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain sales forecasts and CRM records while tracking market trends.
