Job summary

We recruit Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue for water quality analysers. You will manage key accounts across utilities, semiconductor facilities, and engineering firms, while identifying new projects and tender opportunities.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of water analysers, B2B sales experience, and the ability to lead a sales team. Travel is expected to cover regional opportunities and customer engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water quality analysers or related environmental technologies.
B2B sales track record in water & wastewater or process industries preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills for client engagements.
Ability to lead and coach a sales team toward targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets for water quality analysers.
Manage and expand key accounts including water infrastructure/utilities and industrial users.
Identify new market opportunities, projects, and tender prospects in water and wastewater.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Collaborate with technical, service, and marketing teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Prepare and present technical-commercial quotations, proposals, tenders, and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize strategies.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and management reports.
