Job summary

Candidates with a Diploma or Nitec in Engineering and relevant experience are preferred. Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. This role requires willingness to work in waste-to-energy plants and rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma: Minimum 3 years' experience preferred (open to candidates without experience).
• Nitec: 6-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Certifications (e.g., LEW, Boiler Attendant, WSHO) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising construction progress, ensuring compliance with design and statutory requirements.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and factory acceptance tests for major systems and equipment.
• Support day-to-day operations and maintenance, including coordination with contractors.
• Enforce safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• Prepare SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
