Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring a Business Development Executive in Singapore. The role focuses on acquiring clients in the waste management sector, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals with potential customers.

You will work closely with Customer Service to ensure orders and documentation are accurate and timely. Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and owning a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients for the waste management market segments and build cordial business relations.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate the best deal for the company with potential customers, following up on quotations.
• Facilitate the preparation of Sales Orders with the Customer Service Executive and coordinate with them on sales and documentation.
• Prepare periodic sales reports for the Sales Manager.
• Work with Customer Service to maintain the Customer Database with contact details.
• Assist in maintaining/improving the Customer Care Program by monitoring satisfaction and addressing complaints.
• Support market intelligence by gathering information on customers, competitors, and market trends.
