Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales professional to identify potential waste management clients in Tuas, Singapore, and build strong business relationships.

You will develop proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate sales orders with the Customer Service team to ensure accurate documentation. The role requires a marketing degree or related field, at least 2 years of sales experience, and own a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Dip/Degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients within assigned waste management market segments and establish strong, professional business relationships.
• Develop sales proposals, negotiate favourable terms on behalf of the company, and maintain close follow-ups with prospective customers to gather feedback on quotations, competitor responses, decision-makers’ intentions, and other factors influencing sales outcomes.
• Coordinate the preparation of Sales Orders with the Customer Service Executive, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the sales process and accurate documentation.
• Prepare periodic sales reports for submission and presentation to the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to maintain and update the customer database, including contact names, designations, company details, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and email addresses.
• Assist the Manager in maintaining and enhancing the Customer Care Programme by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, and responding proactively to changes in customer personnel, equipment, processes, materials, and business strategies.
