Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Contract Logistics Specialist to design, manage and optimize warehousing solutions. You will oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring precise handling and delivery for diverse products, from flowers to perishables, across local stores and distribution centers.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, streamlining processes, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring contractual obligations are met in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar role within logistics or warehousing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, billing, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner, identify and resolve issues or disputes professionally.
• Manage and process received orders, liaise with warehouse operations, and communicate order status.
• Prepare and sort documents such as invoices and cycle count reports, ensure data accuracy for system entry.
