Job summary

CEVA Logistics Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Customer Services Administration professional to manage customer orders, coordinate with warehouse and transport teams, and ensure accurate documentation in a dynamic contract logistics environment.

You will monitor order progress, maintain SOP/compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement while handling 12-hour shift patterns and supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain management or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good experience in using SAP or WMS.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate and process customer orders in the WMS/ERP system.
• Ensure orders comply with SOPs, cut-off times and SLA requirements.
• Monitor order status and proactively highlight delays or exceptions.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams (inbound, outbound, inventory) for accurate fulfilment.
• Coordinate with transport teams on delivery scheduling and exceptions.
• Verify and maintain accuracy of DOs, packing lists, invoices and PODs.
• Assist in inventory reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
• Track daily order fulfilment against SLAs and KPIs; prepare reports.
