Job summary

DSV Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse staff and ensure delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, and proper documentation. You will manage material usage, headcount, and overtime while implementing corrective actions and maintaining compliance with processes.

You will coordinate with the Planner on daily production priorities and liaise with Operations to resolve shipment issues, ensuring accurate skidding and documentation for onward transport.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• PC literate; familiar with Warehouse Management System
• Overtime willingness
• Experience handling external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse staff.
• Ensure delivery timeline, inventory integrity, and documentation retention.
• Control material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime.
• Implement corrective actions and communicate implications to the team.
• Uphold inventory integrity and data accuracy.
• Take disciplinary action when required.
• Coordinate with Planner on daily production priorities including hotshots and delays.
• Establish shipment planning for operations focus.
• Communicate with Operations and Planner on shipment-impacting issues.
• Ensure correct base skid delivery and proper skidding/unskidding of modules.
• Scan Tote labels into SMS and verify documents match physicals.
• Complete all documents before handover to forwarder.
