DSV in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse staff and ensure timely delivery, accurate inventory, and compliant records. The role requires coordinating with planning, operations, and couriers to meet daily targets and maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and a forklift/reach truck license is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with statutory benefits.

Competenze

Minimum 3 years of related warehouse experience.
PC literate with SAP and MS Office proficiency.
Forklift or Reach Truck license is an advantage.
Able to work overtime when required and handle external stakeholders.

Mansioni

Supervise a team of warehouse staff.
Ensure delivery timelines, inventory integrity, and documentation retention.
Control material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime.
Implement corrective actions and communicate implications to the team.
Uphold inventory integrity and data accuracy in records.
Coordinate with Planner and Operations to align daily orders (Hotshot/Delay).
Establish shipment planning focus for Operations and ensure accurate fulfilment.
Ensure documents match physical goods and handover to forwarder.
