Job summary

Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team and ensure operations meet customer requirements. The role focuses on supervising daily warehouse activities and coordinating with logistics partners.

You will drive inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, capacity planning, and timely inbound/outbound processing, while implementing improvements through the Warehouse Management System.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics management or equivalent with 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and maintain good working relationships.
• Multi-tasking and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good planning and organisation skills.
• High adaptability to evolving conditions.
• Forklift license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse personnel to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee inventory control accuracy, stock replenishment, capacity planning, and timely inbound/outbound processing.
• Perform inventory reconciliation on stock discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse space and proper handling of machinery and equipment.
