Job summary

GOGO TECH LTD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Lead to support daily operations, manpower deployment, stock and quality checks, and workplace safety. The role is hands-on and requires strong leadership to resolve issues and drive smooth flow in the warehouse.

You should bring a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Admin, plus supervisory experience and excellent communication. Availability for weekends and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in on-ground supervisory matters.
• Assist with operational rectification and manpower deployment.
• Assist in cost management and space optimisation in the warehouse.
• Support warehousing duties and ensure smooth operational flow.
• Perform random quantity and quality inspections before packing.
• Inspect labeling of items and boxes.
• Inspect packing and placement into code cages.
• Assist in managing warehouse management systems.
• Assist in housekeeping to ensure workplace safety.

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor/Lead to support the Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse operations, manpower deployment, stock and quality checks, workplace safety and resolving operational issues. The role is hands-on and suitable for someone with warehouse experience and good leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in on-ground supervisory matters
• Assist Warehouse Manager in operational rectification, administrative works and manpower deployment
• Assist Warehouse Manager with cost management and space optimisation in Warehouse
• Support in warehousing duties and ensure a smooth operational flow
• Perform random inspections for quantity and quality checks on items before packing into boxes
• Perform random inspections for labelling of items and boxes
• Perform random inspections for packing and placing parcel to desired code cages
• Assist in managing warehouse management systems
• Assist in housekeeping to ensure workplace safety

Who you are

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Have prior supervisory experiences would be preferred
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Steps up and oversees operations accountability in the absence of the Warehouse Manager
• Keen on problem-solving but also works on preventing the issue from the root cause
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams
• Must be physically fit to carry heavy load (Up to 30KG load)
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
• Committed to their work and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Available to start work immediately would be preferred
• Able to commit on weekends, shifts and Public Holidays
