Job summary

KLA Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, dispatch, inventory accuracy, and liaise with productions, buyers and planners to resolve shipment issues. You will lead Warehouse Associates and ensure safety and quality targets are met.

You should hold a Degree in Logistics Management and bring strong leadership, project management, time management and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time on-site role with a focus on continuous improvement and efficient supply chain

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics Management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to set goals and manage conflicts.
• Good project management and strategic planning abilities.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse best practices and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments.
• Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates.
• Communicating with productions, buyers and planners to resolve work-order questions.
• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed when operating forklifts and machinery.
• Managing MRB inventory, including disposition and coordination with Quality and Production.
• Managing transport companies and 3PL.
• Ensuring quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
• Inventory control and cycle counts.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
