E & K GENERAL CONTRACTOR in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, storage, packing and dispatch of materials and finished goods.

You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams, monitor stock levels, and help prepare inventory and operations reports while ensuring safety and efficiency in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or store operations.
Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
Ability to supervise and coordinate warehouse workers.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing daily warehouse operations.
Supervise and coordinate warehouse workers and allocate daily duties.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming packaging materials and goods.
Monitor the proper storage and handling of packaging materials and finished products.
Coordinate picking, packing, labelling, loading, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with physical inventory counts.
Check delivery orders, invoices, stock records, and other warehouse documents.
Coordinate with the production, purchasing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
Monitor stock movements and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
