Job summary

KLA in Singapore seeks a logistics/warehouse professional to support global operations. You will read drawings, manage inventory, package shipments, and coordinate with planners, production, and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of tools and components.

Role requires a diploma, SAP knowledge, forklift license (advantage), and 4–6 years of related experience. You will join a collaborative team, with flexibility for weekend/public holiday coverage in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or its equivalent.
• PC literate; experience in crating/capital equipment handling is a plus.
• Team player who can multitask and organize work systematically.
• Process improvement mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
• Hardworking, self-driven, and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of SAP and forklift license is an added advantage.
• Requires 4–6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Read, learn, understand, and interpret drawings/blueprints to crate tools/products per guidelines.
• Manage inventory with labeling, locating parts, and recording levels.
• Help customers resolve shipment issues and complaints.
• Maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases; perform admin duties.
• Support planners and production to fulfill orders/shipments on time.
• Coordinate with CM for GR, traffic, and third-party warehouse to re-label shipments.
• Fulfill orders by packaging materials and preparing for shipment.
• Identify and locate products during the shipping process.
• Record inventory status and ensure deliveries match work orders.
• Collaborate to locate missing packages and fix incorrect deliveries.
• Practice problem-solving and continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and execute maintenance per procedures.
• Support operations during weekends and public holidays.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
