Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics Management.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to set goals, motivate and manage conflict.
• Strong project management, decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments.
• Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates.
• Communicating with productions, buyers, and planners to answer work order flow questions and troubleshoot problems.
• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
• Monitoring safety procedures when operating forklifts and other machinery.
• Managing MRB inventory and coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Managing transport companies and 3PL.
• Ensuring quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
• Administering inventories control, cycle counts.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Labeling and locating parts, recording inventory levels.
