Job summary

DSV Air & Sea SAU in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse staff and ensure delivery timelines, inventory integrity, and meticulous records retention. You will control material usage, manage overtime, and drive corrective actions to maintain operational excellence.

Collaborating with the Planner to prioritise daily orders and ensuring accurate handover to forwarders are key responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• PC literate; familiar with Warehouse Management System, SAP and MS Office tools.
• Forklift and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Experience handling external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse staff.
• Ensure delivery timelines, inventory integrity, and records/document retention.
• Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime.
• Implement corrective actions and communicate implications to the team.
• Uphold inventory integrity and data processing accuracy.
• Take disciplinary action when required.
• Coordinate with Planner to align daily production orders; manage 'Hotshot' and 'Delay' priorities.
