Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with food safety and safety standards.

You will coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales/CS and Logistics to meet delivery schedules while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, FMCG or cold-chain operations is a plus.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic inventory processes.
• Comfortable in chill and freezer environments as required.
• Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead a small team and stay hands-on in daily operations.
• Hands-on duties including manual handling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline and adherence to SOPs.
• Provide on-the-job training to warehouse staff.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, sales/customer service and logistics teams.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and proper storage conditions.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and workplace safety practices.
