Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Bedok, Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, lead a 6–8 person team, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch while maintaining food safety and workplace safety standards.

The role requires experience in warehouse or logistics, familiarity with WMS, and the ability to work in cold storage environments. Travel to warehouse locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory preferred.
• Experience leading and supervising warehouse staff.
• Experience in food manufacturing or cold-chain is advantageous.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and inventory basics.
• Able to work in chilled and frozen storage environments.
• Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Physically capable of hands-on warehouse duties and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of 6–8 warehouse staff.
• Plan manpower allocation and daily work assignments.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock movements using WMS.
• Conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and damages.
• Monitor expiry dates and storage conditions.
• Ensure goods are checked against documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales/CS and Logistics.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products per safety rules.
