Job summary

VFI FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team while actively managing daily warehouse operations in Singapore.

The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating inbound and outbound activities, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety and quality standards. Applicants should have 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, including FMCG or cold-chain exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily warehouse activities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, FMCG or cold-chain operations is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
• Able to work in chillers and freezers and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of leading a team and performing hands-on warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise staff.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and workplace safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
