Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY is seeking an Operation Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and operational activities in Tuas, Singapore. The role involves managing manpower, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring efficient order fulfilment.

You will monitor inventory, supervise picking/packing, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or operations.
• Experience in food / meat processing, cold storage or FMCG is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage manpower and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible and able to work independently.

Salary: $3500 - $5000

Working time: 9am - 6pm

Working day: 5 days
