Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Kaki Bukit site, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will lead a team of about 7 drivers and warehouse staff, plan manpower, and drive accuracy and smooth daily workflows. The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations, with retail/FMCG experience preferred, strong leadership, and the ability to start immediately or on short notice.

Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (Based on Experience)

Location: Kaki Bukit

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 7 drivers, administrative staff, and warehouse assistants

• Plan manpower allocation and ensure smooth daily warehouse workflow

• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and proper storage of goods

• Coordinate deliveries and work closely with internal departments

• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience

• Warehouse experience in retail or FMCG is required

• At least 1 year of experience working directly within a brand/company environment is preferred

• Strong leadership, people management, and operational coordination skills

• Experience managing warehouse teams

• Familiarity with WMS, SAP, or similar inventory management systems is an advantage

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
