Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Bedok to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will allocate manpower, monitor SOP adherence and provide on-the-job training to staff to ensure efficient throughput. Responsibilities cover inventory accuracy with WMS, stock counts, and coordination with Production, Procurement and Logistics to meet delivery schedules while maintaining food safety and workplace

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, FMCG or cold-chain operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic inventory processes.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.

Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Bedok

Working Days: Monday-Saturday

Working Hours: 8am-5pm

Salary: $2,500-$3,000 + PB

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Allocate manpower and work assignments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Monitor staff adherence to warehouse SOPs and provide on-the-job training.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, issuing and movement of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages and excesses.
• Monitor stock condition, expiry dates and storage requirements.
• Verify incoming goods against delivery orders, purchase orders and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate picking and packing activities according to production and delivery requirements.
• Ensure outgoing goods are accurately picked, checked, packed and dispatched according to schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Business Development and Logistics teams on operational requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products in accordance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain appropriate temperature and storage conditions for chilled and frozen products.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and proper manual handling practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of warehouse areas, equipment and workspaces.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, trolleys and forklifts where applicable.
• Maintain warehouse records, including receiving, issuing, stock movement and dispatch documentation.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse operation reports as required.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, stock discrepancies and productivity.
• Escalate operational and inventory issues to Management.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements
