Job summary

INTERDESK in Singapore seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to own daily operations on the floor, including stock, logistics, deliveries and event setups. This is not a desk job; you will lead the team and keep goods moving in a lean, fast-paced environment.

The role requires a diploma in logistics or a related field, experience in warehousing and last-mile delivery, forklift experience, and flexibility for extended hours during peak periods and events. A driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, packing and last-mile operations.
• Hands-on with material-handling equipment; forklift licence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities: stock movement, storage and order fulfilment.
• Manage unloading of goods from containers into the warehouse.
• Maintain the warehouse, stepping in hands-on when needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and trolleys as required.
• Track and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Lead roadshow setup, teardown and on-site logistics.
• Oversee last-mile loading and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and vendors to ensure deliveries.
• Ensure KPIs for heavy vehicle fleet and drivers are met.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Work Schedule: 5/5.5-day work week (off day may lie on weekdays instead on weekends); occasional extended hours during peak periods, events and roadshows

About the Role

We’re a fast-growing ergonomic workspace brand looking for a hands-on, driven Warehouse Supervisor to take real ownership of our day-to-day operations — this is not a desk-only role. You’ll be on the floor leading stock, logistics, deliveries and event setups, keeping things moving in a lean, fast-paced team. The ideal person is highly organised, rolls up their sleeves, solves problems on the fly, and wants to grow with the company as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities, including stock movement, storage, and order fulfilment.
• Manage and ensure the smooth unloading of goods from containers into the warehouse.
• Maintain the warehouse alongside the team, stepping in hands-on when necessary.
• Operate and handle material-handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, trolleys) as needed.
• Track, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Lead and coordinate roadshow setup, teardown and on-site logistics.
• Oversee last-mile loading and delivery coordination, ensuring all items are delivered/assembled accordingly.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners (logistics providers, vendors) to coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure daily and weekly KPIs of the heavy vehicle fleet and drivers are met.
• Support process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field).
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, packing, event setup and last-mile / loading operations.
• Hands-on experience with material-handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks); valid forklift licence an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willing to work flexible and extended hours during peak periods, events and roadshows to get the job done.
• Proactive, takes ownership, and thrives in a lean, fast-moving team.
