Job summary

MST Golf Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate stock, handling goods, and assist in events and logistics.

You will be involved in receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and inventory updates, with emphasis on teamwork, time management, and safe handling of manual tasks. 5-day week, OT and event support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks and lift goods.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours and support events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving goods and verify against delivery orders.
• Support picking, packing, and storing goods in designated areas.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Deliver goods to outlets or customers as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements in system.
• Assist in stock counts and reconciliation.

Job description

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, picked, and delivered efficiently. You will assist in maintaining accurate inventory, support logistics coordination, and contribute to smooth warehouse and event operations. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with good teamwork and time management skills to ensure operational efficiency and timely deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Handling

• Assist in receiving incoming goods by checking quantities and quality against delivery orders or purchase orders.
• Support in picking, checking, packing, and storing goods systematically in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Delivery& Logistics Support

• Deliver goods to retail outlets or customers according to the scheduled delivery plan.
• Ensure all goods are accurately prepared, labeled, and ready for dispatch in a timely manner.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods safely to prevent damage during transportation.

Stock Control& Documentation

• Assist in maintaining proper inventory records and updating stock movements in the system.
• Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods promptly to your superior.
• Support in conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation activities when required.

Event &Ad-hoc Support

• Assist in the setup, transportation, and logistics support for company events, fairs, or promotions.
• Support other warehousing or operational tasks as assigned to ensure smooth business operations.
• Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as instructed by superiors or management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred (fresh graduates may also be considered).
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures such as receiving, picking, packing, and stock management.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks such as lifting or moving goods.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours or support events as required.
