Job summary

Interdesk is seeking an Operations (Warehouse) Associate in Singapore to perform hands-on warehouse tasks and on-site event setup. You will be on your feet, assembling and tearing down booths, moving products, and ensuring stock is ready for delivery and assembly.

The role requires lifting up to 30kg, operating pallet jacks or being trained to do so, and working weekends as part of a 5-day roster. Interdesk runs warehousing, logistics, delivery and assembly in-house, offering room for growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse and event work with lifting up to 30 kg.
• Willingness to be trained on pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Diploma in supply chain/logistics or relevant hands-on experience.
• Open to candidates with or without prior warehousing experience.
• Willing to work weekends as part of a 5-day roster.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event and roadshow booths on-site.
• Prepare, pack and wrap products for events and deliveries.
• Move and load stock using warehouse equipment safely.
• Pick, prepare and dispatch orders for delivery and assembly.
• Receive stock and organize warehouse storage.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
• Support deliveries and on-site product assembly when required.
• Conduct stock counts and ensure stock accuracy.
• Report operational or safety issues promptly.

Operations (Warehouse) Associate

About the role

This is a hands-on, physically active role based in the warehouse and out at event sites. Your day is spent on your feet: assembling and tearing down event booths, packing and moving products, operating pallet jacks and trolleys, and getting stock prepared, loaded and where it needs to be.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event and roadshow booths — assembling desks, chairs and displays on-site.
• Prepare, pack and wrap products for events and deliveries according to packing lists.
• Move, load and unload stock and equipment safely using pallet jacks, trolleys, hand trucks and other warehouse equipment.
• Pick, prepare and dispatch orders accurately for delivery and assembly.
• Receive incoming stock, and store, arrange and retrieve items within the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, organised and safe at all times.
• Support deliveries and on-site product assembly when required.
• Carry out stock counts and help keep physical stock accurate and in good condition.
• Work safely at all times and flag any operational or safety issues promptly.

About you

• Able to perform hands-on warehouse and event work, including lifting and carrying loads of up to 30kg and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable operating, or willing to be trained on, pallet jacks, trolleys and similar warehouse equipment.
• WSQ Specialist Diploma / Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline — or relevant hands-on experience.
• Open to candidates without experience, or candidates with experience in warehousing, fulfilment or last-mile / parcel logistics.
• Comfortable working weekends and at off-site events as part of a normal 5-day roster.
• Practical, hardworking and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck into physical work.
• Take care to do things properly and safely, keep your work area organised, and communicate clearly with the team.
