Job summary

Interdesk is hiring an Operations (Warehouse) Associate in Singapore to join our hands-on warehousing and event delivery team. You will be on your feet managing stock, packing for events, and assisting with on-site assembly and loading.

This role is physical and requires lifting up to 30 kg, operating pallet jacks, and maintaining a tidy, safe warehouse. Fresh graduates are welcome and weekend work is part of a 5‑day roster.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on warehouse and event work.
• Willing to learn pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event and roadshow booths on-site.
• Prepare, pack and wrap products for events and deliveries.
• Move, load and unload stock using warehouse equipment.
• Pick, prepare and dispatch orders for delivery and assembly.
• Receive incoming stock and store items in the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Support deliveries and on-site product assembly when required.
• Carry out stock counts and maintain accuracy.

Operations (Warehouse) Associate

About the role

This is a hands-on, physically active role based in the warehouse and out at event sites. Your day is spent on your feet: assembling and tearing down event booths, packing and moving products, operating pallet jacks and trolleys, and getting stock prepared, loaded and where it needs to be.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event and roadshow booths — assembling desks, chairs and displays on-site.

• Prepare, pack and wrap products for events and deliveries according to packing lists.

• Move, load and unload stock and equipment safely using pallet jacks, trolleys, hand trucks and other warehouse equipment.

• Pick, prepare and dispatch orders accurately for delivery and assembly.

• Receive incoming stock, and store, arrange and retrieve items within the warehouse.

• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, organised and safe at all times.

• Support deliveries and on-site product assembly when required.

• Carry out stock counts and help keep physical stock accurate and in good condition.

• Work safely at all times and flag any operational or safety issues promptly.

About you

• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on warehouse and event work, including lifting and carrying loads of up to 30kg and being on your feet for extended periods.

• Comfortable operating, or willing to be trained on, pallet jacks, trolleys and similar warehouse equipment.

• WSQ Specialist Diploma / Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline — or relevant hands‑on experience.

• Open to fresh graduates, or candidates with experience in warehousing, fulfilment or last‑mile / parcel logistics.

• Comfortable working weekends and at off‑site events as part of a normal 5‑day roster.

• Practical, hardworking and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck into physical work.

• Take care to do things properly and safely, keep your work area organised, and communicate clearly with the team.
