Job summary

FEET CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee outbound deliveries, packing accuracy, and warehouse coordination at our Singapore facility. The role involves liaising with production, warehousing, and transport teams to ensure timely, accurate dispatches for customers.

You will lead drivers and logistics staff, optimise routes, monitor performance, and drive improvements to reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing or dispatch supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all outbound deliveries to ensure goods reach customers on time and in full.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules, assigning loads to lorries and trucks based on location, urgency, and capacity.
• Optimise delivery routes and consolidate shipments to maximise fleet utilisation and minimise costs.
• Monitor delivery performance and follow up on delays, exceptions, or complaints.
• Supervise final packing to ensure orders are correctly packed, labelled, and protected for transit.
• Implement packing standards and quality checks before loading onto vehicles.
• Investigate and resolve packing-related complaints or discrepancies.
• Work with finished goods store to manage stock flow and outbound clearance.
• Coordinate with production on daily output and delivery timelines to align dispatch planning.
• Maintain records of goods despatched, stock holding, and pending deliveries.
• Supervise drivers and logistics assistants, managing schedules and attendance.
• Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, serviced on schedule, and compliant with transport regs.
• Identify process improvements to increase logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and well-packaged delivery of finished goods to our customers. Working at the intersection of production,warehousing, and delivery, you will play a critical role in maintaining smooth daily operations — particularly given our lean warehousing footprint, where the speed and efficiency of outbound logistics directly impacts production flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery management

• Plan and oversee all outbound deliveries to ensure goods reach customers on time and in full.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules, assigning loads to lorries and trucks based on customer location, order urgency, and vehicle capacity.
• Optimise delivery routes and consolidate shipments to maximise fleet utilisation and minimise costs.
• Monitor delivery performance and follow up promptly on any delays, exceptions, or customer complaints.

Final packing & order accuracy

• Supervise the final packing process to ensure all outgoing orders are correctly packed, labelled, and protected for transit.
• Implement and enforce packing standards and quality checks before goods are loaded onto vehicles.
• Investigate and resolve packing-related complaints or discrepancies.

Warehouse & inventorycoordination

• Work closely with the finished goods store team to manage stock flow and prioritise outbound clearance, ensuring the warehouse does not become a bottleneck for production.
• Coordinate with the production team on daily output volumes and delivery timelines to align dispatch planning.
• Maintain accurate records of goods despatched, stock holding, and pending deliveries.

Fleet & team management

• Supervise drivers and logistics assistants, managing work schedules, attendance, and day-to-day performance.
• Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, serviced on schedule, and compliant with transport regulations.
• Identify process improvements to increase logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 3 years in a logistics, warehousing, or dispatch supervisory role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Valid Class 3 or 4 driving licence .

Skills & attributes

• Strong planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good communication skills and team leadership capability.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, WMS, or equivalent).
• Meticulous and hands-on approach to work.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This is an on-site role based at our Singapore factory. The role involves regular movement between the warehouse, production floor, and loading bay. Shift work or early starts required to meet delivery schedules.
