CATALYSTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.

You will develop the warehouse team, enforce safety and SOPs, manage inventory with FIFO and cycle counts, and report on operations while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Certificate in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Valid forklift licence will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work schedule: 5.5-days every week (Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am to 1pm)
