Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Manage and monitor warehouse staff and assign daily duties.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked and recorded.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and safe storage of materials.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections, loading, and unloading activities.
• Prepare and maintain delivery orders, goods received notes, stock records, and other warehouse documents.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, operations, and project/site teams regarding material requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and proper space utilization.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure workers follow company safety requirements.
• Monitor the proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Report damaged goods, equipment issues, accidents, or operational problems to management.
• Ensure materials are issued only with proper authorization and documentation.
• Assist management in improving warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and overall operations.
